Topping Out / Oakland Hills Country Club

November 11th, 2024

Celebrating Milestones at the New Clubhouse

Our clients, trade partners, and design teams gathered to celebrate the official topping out ceremony for the new Oakland Hills Country Club clubhouse which is part of their “Next 100 Project.” The topping out beam was placed atop the structure of the new clubhouse that is designed maintaining the original 100-year-old building’s iconic architecture with modern building techniques applied along with enhanced amenities that will create a building that continues the legacy for the next century to come.

Topping Out Achieved Ahead of Major USGA Tournament

The topping out was strategically completed before Oakland Hills Country Club hosted the USGA tournament in July 2024. Construction on the club house will continue through 2026. Seven more championships are scheduled to be hosted by OHCC through 2051.
