Somerset Management Offices

In an effort to refresh the image of one of Detroit’s premiere retail facilities, The Forbes Company called on Neumann/Smith to perform architectural and interior design services for the renovation of the Somerset Collection management offices. Located on the third floor of the Somerset North, the 7,258 sf suite was redesigned to foster collaboration, improve the work-flow dynamic, and was updated with the latest technologies. This detail-oriented project included the customization of high-end finishes, such as the marble and wood veneer desk and back-lit stone display in the suite’s lobby. The team worked extensively with the client to ensure that all project goals were met.
