Hillsdale College Mauck Hall Renovations
Student Housing
Originally constructed in 1929, the historic, gothic-style Mauck residence hall on Hillsdale College’s campus needed significant upgrades. Neumann/Smith renovated the space to accommodate 42 new living units with updated finishes, MEP, fire protection, flooring, restroom/shower facilities, paint and casework. Consistent with other housing updates on campus, the residences hall provides living, social and amenity spaces that meet with today’s student needs.
