Greater Midland Community Center
Description
The facility offers state-of-the-art programs and amenities for all ages, enhancing inclusivity and accessibility in the community. Three wings are connected by a central concourse: Gymnasium, Early Childhood Education, and Community. Designed as a modern building, with a nod to Midland's mid-century modern design aesthetic, it prioritizes inclusivity, spatial efficiency, natural light and wayfinding.
The ECE Wing, with a separate secure entrance, offers nine classrooms, a mini-gym, offices, and secure outdoor play areas. The Community Wing has a senior center / community room, reservable party rooms, a child watch room, youth room, classrooms, and 24/7 fitness space. The mezzanine hosts a fitness center, group activity studios, and a running track.Clients
