Beaumont Health – South Parking Deck

To service the needs of Beaumont's Service Center's 3,200 newly relocated employees, Neumann/Smith, in association with Rich & Associates, designed the 3-story, 600-space South Parking Deck on the Southfield campus. Made of pre-cast concrete, the South Parking Deck allows for future horizontal expansion and features a striking metal canopy to allow for safe, easy access between the office building and parking garage in any weather condition. The parking deck was designed to harmonize with the existing office building. The lines of the deck relate the horizontality of the office, while the material selection complements the existing building's architecture.
