After relocating to a suburban location, the client sought Neumann/Smith to design a vibrant, amenity-focused workplace to attract top talent. Custom pieces like 3D ceiling panels and custom-milled workstations, luxury finishes, and original artwork resulted in a one-of-a-kind space. We phased construction so employees could comfortably work in the space during renovations.
