We are pleased to announce the promotion of Michael West, AIA, LEED AP to Vice President.

Since joining the firm in 1998, Mike has developed an expertise in project delivery.  As a project executive Mike develops trust and consistency within the project team that leads to extraordinary outcomes. His relationships with clients exceed expectations due to his strong advocacy and leadership. Mike’s ability to steer and motivate large/diverse teams on complex projects has led to an extensive national resume of mixed-use and retail projects.

In an ever-evolving practice Mike is dedicated to constant improvement and development of a firm structure and workflow that promotes effective communication and decision making. Mike has a mindset to evaluate issues with a 360-degree view making him a valuable part of our leadership team. We celebrate this promotion with Mike and look forward to a bright future together.
