Positioned between The Residences Water Square and Huntington Place, the hotel is designed to become a hub for business and tourism, connected to the convention center by a new pedestrian bridge, further elevating Detroit’s riverfront experience. With 5 podium levels and 20 guest floors, the 600-room hotel will feature a 12,000 square foot grand ballroom, 50,000 square feet of meeting space, and river-sourced cooling.
