FSU Swan
Housed in the 1966 Swan Building, Ferris State University sought to modernize its facilities for the growing Welding Engineering Technology and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering programs. Neumann/Smith led the addition and renovation, reconfiguring the floor plan and upgrading the building envelope, interior finishes, and furnishings. The project also included the replacement of MEP systems with energy-efficient solutions designed to reduce operational and maintenance costs.
