EKIN COCCIA Design Director/Workplace Strategy

Ekin Coccia NCIDQ, LEEDAP, a workplace strategist, has joined our team to assist organizations with navigating change that supports new advances in technology, inclusive environments, and employee satisfaction + wellness. With over a decade of experience as a workplace influencer, Ekin enjoys working with organizations to help align culture, business goals, technology, and #pace to create the ultimate work environment.

As a thought-leader, Ekin is currently involved in navigating post covid-19 workplace re-entry strategies for various companies.

 

CHARLOTT GLAAB Senior Designer
RA, NCIDQ

Charlott is a skilled architectural and interior designer and her thoughtful design solutions demonstrate an understanding of the “big idea” and a dedication to the small details necessary for architectural clarity and quality. Her engaging approach results in functional and vibrant places to live, learn, work, and play.

A creative problem solver, Charlott works closely with our clients, providing leadership for project programming, concept development, schematic design, and design development. She works in partnership with key designers in the engineering and specialty disciplines to create a fully integrated design concept. Her involvement continues during the construction documents phase and construction process to ensure that the project’s functional and aesthetic design goals are realized.

Charlott’s engaging approach results in vibrant workplace environments, while her leadership ensures a fully integrated design concept.

 

 

 

PHILIP HERRIGES Project Manager
RA, LEED AP BD+C, FitWEL AMBASSADOR

Phil is a dedicated Project Manager. Since joining Neumann/Smith in 2010, he has worked closely with users, engineers and other members of the project team to resolve programmatic and budget issues and turn creative and complex design ideas into a comprehensive set of construction documents.

Phil has the expertise required to assist in the design of a building to LEED standards and to coordinate the documentation process that is necessary for LEED certification. He understands the importance of integrated design and the need to consider interactions between the prerequisites and credits and their respective criteria. Phil will be the champion of the project’s LEED application and is an integral member of the project team. He can also educate the client and other team members about LEED and green buildings.
