vision

The renovation is a part of a greater master plan to reimagine the anchor space as a mixed-use, community hub. The 119,000 SF streetscape blends world-class retail with diverse dining experiences, anchored by a vibrant community plaza for events, concerts, and attractions. A pocket park seamlessly connects the plaza to nearby residences and parking. Tenants include Pacific Catch, Din Tai Fung, Philz Coffee, The Melt, North Italia, Zara, and Dick’s Sporting Goods.

The curvilinear mid-century modern design incorporates a California twist, blending a light color palette, nature-inspired patterns, stucco, brick masonry, and metal details to create a connection with the surroundings. A prefinished aluminum screen serves as a design solution for the vertical entrance wall, adding texture and depth. Integrated uplighting enhances the entry experience, creating a welcoming ambiance that shifts with time and season.
