Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Green Deck
The first LEED Certified parking deck in Michigan, this 9-story green deck consolidates all of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s parking onto its Detroit campus. Situated on a 125-space surface lot, this mixed-use deck provides 1,808 parking spaces with ground-floor meeting rooms, offices, and locker rooms. Its vegetated roof is the first in the city and the second largest in Michigan and also features a walking track.
