Located where Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and West Hollywood meet, The Beverly Center had a unique opportunity to become a better reflection of its community – one of the most diverse and creative in the world. This sparked the $500 million reimagination of Los Angeles’ iconic destination of more than 40 years.

Key focus areas for the project included creating a bright, contemporary exterior that connected the center to the neighborhood, allowing in plenty of natural light, further elevating the retail, street level destination dining lineup and ensuring easy access for all customers.

The regional center site spans aproximately 19 acres, featuring eight levels and over one million square feet of retail space. With 91 retail stores, it offers a diverse shopping experience. Notable anchor tenants include Bloomingdale’s, occupying 163,000 square feet, and Macy’s, with 161,000 square feet. This destination delivers a comprehensive retail environment, catering to a wide range of shoppers and solidifying its status as a premier shopping hub.

The Beverly Center was transformed to offer a contemporary interior and exterior, elevated retail/dining and improved access through an additional valet, new escalator enclosure, new floor openings, a new Grand Court, refreshed LED lighting systems, a 25,000 square foot glass ribbon that bathes the Center in natural light, and a striking, undulating mesh facade. Tenants like The Webster, add dynamic anchors to the mall and further elevate the experience.
