ZF TRW Technical Center

ZF TRW's new 171,000 sf Farmington Hills location was selected to house office spaces and laboratories for 600+ engineers, technicians and office staff, providing Neumann/Smith with the challenge of creating a functional, collaborative workspace, able to meet the accommodations of many unique disciplines. One of the project’s goals was to help attract young engineers entering the workforce to the new facility with amenities such as updated labs and office spaces, a fitness center, dining areas, interactive conference rooms, and unique collaborative work spaces that can be found scattered throughout each floor.
