University Village, MSU’s first new student housing construction since 1967, provides contemporary apartment-style living in an on-campus setting. 

 

Neumann/Smith and The Christman Company provided a turn-key design/build GMP delivery for the 300-bed complex which features seventy-five furnished four-bedroom suites catering to the space, privacy and social needs of upper-class students.  Full kitchens are part of the suite with laundry service located within each building.  A community building allows for large group activities, administrative support, mail delivery and 24-hour student assistance.
