Main Place of Royal Oak is a two-story, 46,893 sf, multi-tenant retail building in downtown Royal Oak housing six tenants including Barnes & Noble as an anchor. 

 

The Main Street façade has a historic feel with its brick and cast stone piers and brick spandrels that in conjunction with the large punched window openings create an urban rhythm.  This urban feel is further enhanced by the use of a building cornice, accent lighting and tenant awnings.  At each end of the building the two anchor tenants have round entry tower elements with suspended translucent canopies that extend over the sidewalks dramatically defining the entries and making an impressive statement on the street.
